1. Services & Consulting Engagements

ZSynora Technologies provides business process automation, CRM implementation, workflow customization, data migration, and technical integration consulting services. Detailed project scope, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in mutually signed proposals or Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Independent Status & Trademarks

ZSynora Technologies operates as an independent business consulting firm. Zoho is a registered trademark of Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. ZSynora Technologies is not an official partner, agent, or affiliate of Zoho Corporation unless explicitly designated otherwise. All software subscription licenses are purchased directly by clients from the respective software vendors.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary operational access, designated point-of-contact availability for requirement sign-offs, and accurate source data for configuration and migration activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom workflow scripts, reports, and configurations developed specifically for a client become the property of the client upon full payment of agreed project fees. General methodology templates and reusable utilities remain the intellectual property of ZSynora Technologies.
